Where do you get your plants from?
Currently we source 60 percent of our plants from the best curators and propagators in this hobby. The remaining 40 percent is cultivated in house.
What payment modes do you accept?
We accept all digital payment modes for invoicing.
What are shipping rates to different parts of India?
The shipping rates depend on various parameters like:
Weight of shipment
Dimensions of shipment i.e L*B*H ,
Weight by volume of shipment and
Distance between origin and destination.
Hence once you place your order we would be in a better position to calculate and let you know the shipping cost for your order.
How do you Ship your plants?
We ship in hard cardboard boxes with sufficient cushioning for the plant to travel safely in transit. The roots are bound with moist coco peat, leca or sphagnum moss for all plants apart from cactus and succulents which are dispatched bare root.
Do you ship orders on a specific day?
We ship all our orders on Mondays and Tuesdays, to avoid long transit delays. This makes sure that the plants reach you in prime condition.
Can you deliver my order on a day I choose?
The ‘scheduled delivery’ functionality right rests with the shipping company. If they have this feature, they will surely assist you in this regards, You will have to update the details in the shipping tracker link or sms you receive accordingly.
Are all shipments tracked?
All shipments dispatched by us are tracked 100 percent. Once we dispatch your order you will get a shipment tracking message. Using the link received you will be able to track the daily status of your shipment till it reaches you
Do you ship outside of India?
Though we aspire to ship outside India some day, currently this facility is not available.
When will my combined orders be shipped?
All combined orders will be shipped on the immediate following Monday or Tuesday post your latest order.
You haven't replied to my order on your social ac?
Due to our operations policy, we only process orders received on our website or official email id. This helps us focus in one direction for efficient dispatch of shipments.
The plants ordered have green powder on it. Why?
We disinfect all the plants apart from treating them with fungicide. The green colored power is nothing but a fungicide, which can be washed if needed before re potting the plant.
Plant received don't match to the plant picture shared.
Unless otherwise stated, all plant images shared are of the similar size and quality of plants that you will receive. In nature plants are never identical hence the shape and size would vary from plant to plant. However if you are not happy with the plant received then please let us know.
My plant arrived damaged.
If you receive damaged plants due to any particular reasons do get in touch with us immediately within 3 days of receipt of shipment. We will try our level best to resolve this situation.
What is your returns policy?

Do you have promo codes or repeat customer benefits?
Definitely we do have customer loyalty programs and promotional sales events during all major festivals or occasions. Stay in touch with us through our social accounts or website to know more.
Can I gift a plant through you?Will it be gift wrapped?
Yes you can, All you have to do is share the recipient mailing address and we would happily deliver. Since we are a customer oriented startup we always push for that extra mile, so yes we will do the needful and we hope you don’t mind paying extra for the gift wrap.
Do you take advance orders?
Yes, we do accept advance orders. Kindly mail us at gogreen@materra.in for processing your order.
Do you accept corporate gifting orders?
Yes, we do accept corporate gifting orders. Kindly ask for special packages meant for corporate customers. You may write to us at gogreen@materra.in
Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes, apart from retail orders we do accept wholesale orders for nurseries and other organisations. Kindly get in touch with us at gogreen@materra.in
